Its is only 8 to 9 months used. Its is a fairly good condition besides the wrinkles due to being a bought display couch. And there is one tiny burn whole, no bigger than a small seed, I'm the left side of the seat. Besides these, there are no other tears in the couch. Was $400. Asking for $100.
